Privacy Policy

Effective August 15, 2026

Template — review before publishing. This is a starting point written to satisfy the App Store's "must have a privacy policy URL" requirement. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it describes the data practices of this server as written. Update it to match what you actually collect, and have counsel look at it before you rely on it.

Who we are

Editventures operates this website and the services described here. You can reach us at hi@editventures.co.

Information we collect

We collect the following, and nothing else:

Messages and calls you send to our phone numbers. When you text or call a phone number we operate, our telephony provider passes us the sending phone number, the message content, and the time it was received. We store this so we can read and respond to it.
Email you send us. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
Standard server logs. Our servers record requests, including IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested, for security and debugging.

We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and we do not run third-party trackers on this site.

How we use it

To operate and secure the service, to respond to you, and to comply with the law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use Twilio to send and receive calls and text messages, and a cloud hosting provider to run this site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention

We keep messages and call records only as long as we need them for the purpose described above, and delete them when we no longer do.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hi@editventures.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of where you are.

Messaging

Message and data rates may apply to texts you send or receive. Reply STOP to opt out of any recurring messages, and HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will make a clearer notice.
